Welcome to Phone Chek Professional Smartphone Repair – Brampton. By using our repair, diagnostic, accessory, or mobile service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Agreement
By submitting your device for repair or diagnosis, you authorize Phone Chek to inspect, open, test, and repair your device as required.
2. Repair Risks
Opening a device may affect water resistance, original seals, or manufacturer warranty. Some devices may have hidden internal damage that cannot be confirmed until diagnosis.
3. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair. Phone Chek is not responsible for data loss, corruption, missing files, deleted information, or software issues.
4. Warranty Policy
Warranty applies only to the repaired part and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, pressure damage, misuse, drops, or new damage after repair.
Screen warranty notice: Physical damage is not covered. This includes cracks, pressure, drops, or misuse. Screen issues like black display, spots, discoloration, or lines are not eligible for warranty or return.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to applicable HST. Quotes may change after diagnosis if additional damage is found. Full payment is required when the repair or service is completed.
6. Water Damage Repairs
Water damage repair is not guaranteed. Corrosion can continue even after cleaning or repair. Diagnostic and cleaning fees may apply even if the device cannot be fully repaired.
7. Parts & Compatibility
We may use original, premium-grade, or aftermarket parts depending on availability and customer approval. Some replacement parts may show system messages on certain devices.
8. Accessories & Final Sale Items
Accessories such as phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and similar items are final sale. Receipt is required for any warranty or after-sale support.
9. Unclaimed Devices
Devices must be picked up within a reasonable time after repair or diagnosis. Devices left for an extended period may be considered abandoned.
10. Limitation of Liability
Phone Chek is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or delays caused by parts availability, customer approval, or device condition.
